Partner characterization

Riga Managers School (RMS) is one of the leading consulting companies in Latvia.History of RMS development is a good illustration to the process of economic reforms in the Baltic States. The company was always active in the areas where managers and entrepreneurs needed help, advice and information most of all.

Currently RMS consists of the following departments: RMS-Consulting, RMS-Forum, RMS-Recruitment and RMS-Development.

Initially RMS operated as a consulting company. However the business was developing and expanding to new areas. This led to separating consulting services into a self-sustaining division within the company in 1995. RMS-Consulting offers a wide range of consultancy products from training seminars to corporate projects focusing at the areas of strategy, business engineering and re-engineering, marketing, personnel, organizational development and behaviour. We are using both foreign techniques tailored and adapted to Latvia environment and original methods and techniques developed by local professional consultants whose experience in working with leading Latvian and foreign companies exceed 5 years.

Since 1994 RMS-Forum is engaged in the process of organization of international conferences, exhibitions, fairs and business meetings from the initial concept stage to the final stage of the conference conduct. The division ensures sufficient conference funding from participation fees and attracts sponsors. The process of conference organization consists of the following stages: concept elaboration, search and selection of key speakers, conference promotion and invitation of participants, venue selection, informational support.

RMS-Recruitment operates in the area of personnel selection, executive search, personnel assessment and outplacement since 1993. Over this time we have acquired huge experience, created a vast candidate data base and built a professional team of consultants. In collaboration with our partners we were involved in personnel selection projects in Lithuania and Estonia. RMS-Recruitment specializes in recruitment and selection of top and middle managers, marketing and sales managers and other professionals.

RMS-Development is a new department which since 2000 is operating in the areas of EU and local project management, business partner search, franchising projects and public relations.
